Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

The short version: our endpoints don't keep a log of your requests. We see what we must to serve and protect the service, and we keep almost nothing. This policy covers the RPC endpoints, this website and the status page, run by 1170990 Ontario Ltd., operating as Selvage Labs.

What we process, and why

  • Your IP address, while you're connected. We use it to apply rate limits fairly, and it's held only in memory.
  • Your requests, passed to a blockchain node to be answered. We don't record them. Blockchain data is public by nature, so treat anything you send to a public chain as public.
  • Error records. In the rare case a request causes a server error, the error record may include your IP address. Error records are deleted after 14 days.

What we don't do

We don't keep request logs, set cookies on the endpoints, track you across sites, or sell or share data for advertising.

This website and the status page

This website (selvagelabs.io) and the status page (status.selvagelabs.io) set no cookies, run no analytics and load nothing from other sites. They keep no log of your visits.

Our provider

Traffic reaches us through Cloudflare, which handles it under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare may process connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service.

Email

If you email us, we keep your message and address to answer you and as a business record.

Paid plans

We keep the account details you give us, such as name, email and billing details, for as long as the account is open and as long as tax law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For the endpoints we normally hold nothing that identifies you, so most requests will have a simple answer.
